Return and Refund Policy

- This a rain or shine event. Refunds will not be given due to weather. 

- Any ticket scalpers will have their tickets deactivated. Tickets for our event should ONLY be purchased here: https://www.eventcreate.com/e/bbsf

- Bringing in any banned items (see banned items list under FAQs), committing any acts of violence, selling illegal substances and any other violation of the local laws may result in expulsion from the event with no refunds given and/or legal action. 

- Big Bend Songwriter Festival, WilCal Productions and The Goat Pens at Cigar Springs Ranch is not liable for any injury, theft or damage that occurs at the event.
